Shipping policy

-Do we ship international? yes we do!

-In order for you to receive your items as soon as possible sometimes we ship out items separately according to availability at no additional cost.You will receive tracking information for each item pending after it ships.

-Due to our different warehouse locations, (Asia and USA) some of our merchandise will now take from 2-4 weeks (business days) depending on the location of the item. Several of our listings ship within the U.S. and may arrive in 3-5 business days.
Packaging my vary according to location.

-Processing time includes order verification, quality control, packaging and shipping. M You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once we ship your package.  

-International orders: customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.


-We DO NOT OFFER exchanges or refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you.

 

I didn't get all
of my items?

-Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

We will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes.


-There's a 2 hours window for changes to be made once the order is placed. After that some changes may not be honored.
Can I pay in my own currency?

-All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction. You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

 

 -Package lost in Transit?-  


 UNFORTUNATELY, IF THE PACKAGE(S) SHOWS UP IN OUR SYSTEM AND POSTAL SERVICE TRACKING DATABASE AS: DELIVERED, INCOMPLETE ADDRESS,INCORRECT ADDRESS OR IF A PACKAGE GETS LOST OR STOLEN AFTER WE SHIP IT , WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

-SINCE WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO CUSTOMERS SHIPPING ADDRESSES , ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER (AND ON OUR ORDER HISTORY DATABASE) DOESN'T MATCH CUSTOMER’S ACTUAL ADDRESS.

Can I combine the discount for one order?

Discounts cannot be combined. One discount code will work at a time for one order.

I did not receive an order confirmation email but my card was charged?

There's some incidences that you order is not placed successfully due to billing error or banking system connection error. You may see a pending charge appear on your payment account.

If you have placed the order successfully you WILL receive an order confirmation email from us. (Please double check the mailbox in case the email is forwarded to junk mail or make sure a correct email address is submitted).

If the order has not gone through the pending charge will not be posted to your account and will be cleared within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time. In this case, you may resume your shopping cart to resubmit the order.

If the error is caused by browser please try to switch to a different browser or device to resubmit the order.
